Testing & Accountability

Students in Third, Fourth, and Fifth grade will take several North Carolina State tests for each academic school year. 
 
NC BOG-3:  This happens between the first and fifteenth day of school and is only for third grade.
NC Check-Ins:  These are set three times during the year. 
NC EOG:  NC EOG testing happens the last 10 days of the school year.
 
3rd grade will take the following tests:
Beginning of grade 3 test (BOG-3). 
Three different North Carolina Check-In tests. 
One NC End of Grade (EOG) test in Reading. 
One NC End of Grade (EOG) test in Math.
 
4th grade will take the following tests:
Three different North Carolina Check-In tests
One NC End of Grade (EOG) test in Reading
One NC End of Grade (EOG) test in Math
 
5th grade will take the following tests:
Three different North Carolina Check-In tests
One NC End of Grade (EOG) test in Reading
One NC End of Grade (EOG) test in Math
One NC End of Grade (EOG) in Science
