As part of Polar Express day on Thursday, December 15, students will have the opportunity to ride the Little Blue Choo, a small motorized train that will run in the front parking area. We are asking students to bring $3 to help pay for the cost of the train. Any student riding MUST have a waiver form signed by their parent/guardian to ride the Little Blue Choo. We will send home the waiver form and announcement about the cost in a letter this week.
Friday, December 16 is a half day for students. We will dismiss at 12:00 that day.
Winter Spirit Week will be December 12-16. Each day has a special theme. Students who participate will be allowed to wear clothes other than their uniform.
Monday, December 12 - Merry Monday - Wear red and green
Tuesday, December 13 - Grinch Day - Wear green and a "Grinchy" outfit
Wednesday, December 14 - Christmas Stockings - Wear Christmas Socks
Thursday, December 15 - Polar Express Day - Wear Pajamas
Friday, December 16 - Winter Wonderland - Wear blue and white
The Winter Intersession Break will be December 19 - January 6. There will be no schools these dates. Students will return to begin the 3rd grading period on Monday, January 9.
