If you plan to send Valentine's gifts to your child at school tomorrow, please be aware that balloons and large items will not be allowed on the school bus.
It is time for next year's new kindergarteners to start getting ready for school. Kindergarten Registration for the 2022-23 school year starts this week. Children who turn 5 years old on or before August 31, 2022 are eligible to enroll in kindergarten for next school year. Parents and guardians can stop by the school during regular school hours to pick up a kindergarten registration packet.
Also, Kinderpalooza is back! This is a fun event put on by Rutherford County Schools to get rising kindergarteners excited about starting school. Kinderpalooza will be Tuesday, February 22 from 4:00-7:00 at the Foundation at Isothermal Community College. Each school will be represented. There will be lots of fun activities that evening. We hope to see you there.

Forest City - Dunbar shirts and hoodies are on sale now. Order your Forest City-Dunbar shirts and/or hoodies online by following the link below. Shirts may be worn only on FCD spirit days.
However, hoodies may be worn daily in the classroom over their uniform shirt. Order some for your whole family to show your FCD pride! Orders will close on February 28th. Shirts will be delivered to the school and brought to your child’s classroom after the order window closes.
