This is the last week of school for the 2020-2021 school year. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and patience during what has been a very different and challenging school year.
Students will be dismissed at 12:00 on Friday, May 28.
The Report Cards for the final grading period will be mailed on June 10.

Remote Only students should turn in their iPad and charger this week. You may stop by the school's front office between 7:40 - 4:00 any day this week to turn in your iPad and charger.
The full-day Summer School program begins Tuesday, June 1. This program operates Monday-Friday from 8:00-3:15 from June 1 - July 2. This program is only for students who received an invitation.
The Young Scholars Summer Program begins Monday, June 7. Young Scholars Summer Program operates Monday - Friday from 8:00-12:30 from June 7 - July 2. Young Scholars students and other FCD students who are not attending the full-day Summer School may apply to attend. We still have available spots for the Young Scholars Summer program. Please contact the school if you are interested in your child attending.
Rutherford County Schools has issued a link to an application to register students for remote only learning for the 2021-22 school year. This opportunity is offered in order for the district to plan for the possibility that the state may require remote learning to be offered by local school districts. The application will provide specific details for criteria for eligibility to enroll in remote learning next school year. Be aware that there are more specific requirements for eligibility to enroll in a remote only learning program next year and enrollment is dependent on the state's requirement for local districts to offer remote learning next school year. Look for a link to the application on the RCS website and our school's social media. This application will remain open from May 10 - May 28.
