2020 Census is hiring $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
The US Census is currently looking to hire people for temporary work. The pay is $15.00 - $17/hr + mileage (58 cents/mile), depending on the County you live in. Most of the jobs will be for next summer, as a Census Taker, collecting information door to door, from those who did not fill in the Census as of April 1st. The job usually lasts 8-9 weeks.
The time of day and amount of hours worked is flexible - suitable for people who want to work part-time or full-time. Or for people who need to work around an existing job. If you know anyone who would like this work, please feel free to forward this e-mail to them.
I encourage you to APPLY NOW, even if you don’t know what you will be doing when the Census calls. If you end up doing something else at the time of employment, you can always say no. But you cannot say yes, if you don’t apply.
