Prescriptive Dress Code Policy

Since 2013-14, the Rutherford County Board of Education has approved the adoption of a Prescriptive Dress Code Policy for students at Forest City – Dunbar Elementary. Clothes that meet the prescriptive dress code may be purchased at any location that sells them. All items are available through online purchase and in-store at a number of locations. However, we have partnered with Southern Scrubs in Forest City to serve as an onsite vendor for clothing purchasing.
